Absolute Rentals will absolutely perform all tent installations and breakdowns by our highly experienced crews. Our onsite installers understand the difficulties they may face on location. They make every attempt to overcome the unexpected. Our crew always takes "Absolute Safety" first as the primary application to tent installations.

Stakes vs Barrels

First, consider your surface, do you have cement, asphalt, rocky ground or unknown underground utilities.

Tents stakes will go into the ground 16 to 18”. If you have a surface area where we are unable to stake the tents down with tie downs, we will need to consider using water barrels (ballast) to secure the tent.

Adding a Tent configuration to your outdoor event can be a key consideration. Often the option of a tent presents itself later, however, one thing about Texas weather it changes on a whim. A tent configuration which best suits your event should be considered to relieve your guests and their comfort.

Your decisions will include:

  • Sizes : Vary greatly, please consult our staff to address your specific needs.
  • Height Restrictions: Tree Limbs, Power Lines or Over Head Structures.
  • Walls: Tents can be completely, partially enclosed, or open, to a solid canvas with option to add windows and doors.
  • Support: Tents can be staked into the ground under some conditions but may need to be supported by heavy water barrels on harder surfaces which we can provide.
  • Interior Lighting: If your event runs into the night, we can add sparkle and beautiful lighting for your tent setting. Contact Absolute Rentals for an installation quote!
  • Seating Numbers:: Organize your event under your tent, which can vary greatly if using round tables rather than rectangular, please consult us for more definitive numbers per seating arrangements. Absolute Rentals event planner.

  • The 20' x 20' Frame Tent is designed to provide a crisp clear open floor with no interior poles to obstruct the area.
  • Accommodate 40+ guests for a seated dinner, on average. $330.00 - not including ballast barrels, if needed.
20' X 30' Frame Tent
  • The 20' x 30' Frame Tent is designed to provide a clear open floor, unobstructed so that you can plan your layout with no interruptions of interior support poles.
  • Tent is made to protect guests from the harsh climates experienced in Central & South Texas. Our weather changes on moment’s notice, you will be prepared.
  • Accommodate 60+ guests for a seated dinner, on average. $485.00 - not including ballast barrels, if needed.
20' X 40' Frame Tent
  • The 20' x 40' Frame Tent provides an elegant look with a clear open floor unobstructed by support poles contained within the interior. This size accommodates nultiple floorplan configurations.
  • A roomy framed tent from Absolute Rentals to accommodate your guests.
  • Accommodate 80+ guests for a seated dinner, on average. $595.00 - not including ballast barrels, if needed.
30' X 30' Frame Tent
  • The 30' x 30' Frame Tent is an absolutely awesome choice which provides a clear clean open floorplan with no obstructions, no poles to work around in the interior.
  • Accommodate 90+ guests for a seated elegant or family-style dinner, on average. $670.00 - not including ballast barrels, if needed.
40' X 40' Frame Tent
  • The 40' x 40' Frame Tent will provide you and your guests with dreamy floorplan, allowing multiple layouts.
  • There will be one-center pole in the interior of the layout.
  • Accommodate 160+ guests seated for an elegant or family-style dinner, on average. $1,190.00 - not including ballast barrels, if needed.
30' X 60' Frame Tent
  • The 30' x 60' Frame Tent will provide a comfortable setting for guests, allowing space for ease of walking, sitting and conversation.
  • There will be one-center pole in the interior of the layout.
  • Accommodate 180+ guests for an elegant or family-style dinner, on average. $1,340.00 - not including ballast barrels, if needed.

If you event runs into the night, we can add sparkle and beautiful lighting for your tent setting. We can provide an installation quote also!

  • Step up your event with a Dance Floor to waltz and 2-step the night away.
  • OR the Absolute Rentals Portable Bar or LED Lighted Cooler on Wheels. Looks like fun times with good friends & spirits.
  • OR are you planning live music or a DJ – let’s set the stage with Stages & Steps
  • OR set the platform for guest speakers to make the “greatest toast”, speech or announcements at the meeting of a lifetime with a platform, podium & speakers
  • OR Texas is HOT! Keep the air circulating with 30” pedestal fans and stay cool.
  • Lastly, and forgotten the most, Trash (garbage) cans. Absolute Rentals will provide you with a minimum of two (2) waste bags included in your rental.
